Today started a bit rough. I forgot everything thing at home and after I went home I had still forgotten half of it. I had none of my art supplies or paper. So today’s sketch is on brown paper towel done with a blue bic pen.

Sketch badge
So this is a bit larger than a sketch badge but is around the same detail you’d get. At this level it’s still pencil and some of the fine details are still a little blocky but you get a feel for the character and it’s motion.
Mascot
This is Quack Quack Honks mascot. He posed for the picture that is our logo. It’s his first appearance in, what he feels, is his true species. May we introduce Gabby the goose duck.
Mcfc2014
I volunteered for security at mcfc 2015 and had a great time. I didn’t sell any art because I didn’t make time for artist alley but I did make a few badges while working on slow check points.

I found a drawing prompt online that said to draw a soccer mom gone nuts. I drew the picture attached to this post. When I showed a coworker instead of seeing a woman pushed to far she saw a woman ready to protect her kids from some unseen danger.
You may experience this time and again. It doesn't mean you've done a bad job conveying your idea (although you might wanna think about it if no one gets it) just that you don't share a common background.
Be prepared to accept their vision and equally valid as yours. You don't want to keep someone from buying your art because they see it differently then you do.
