I have been working on this art off and on for roughly a month. Sitting in my recliner drawing elephants until I had enough that I liked.
Then laying them all out on a light board to get the placement correct and putting it on one sheet. Finally coloring it once I was happy.
This piece was done w copic marker on Bristol vellum paper. It is matted to a 16×20” frame.
These kitties are all over these mint shakes/sunday’s. Kitties love mint cause it’s a relative of catnip.
This was made of copic marker, Bristol vellum paper, and time. I hope you enjoy.
The staff did a wonderful job putting out a great convention. They had all the information I needed to run my panel to me early and the tech for my panel ran smoothly.
I actually managed to finish coloring the art I prepped for my coloring w QQH panel a smidge early and then flubbed and blubbered for several minutes.
I had a great time. I hope all y’all had as good a time as I did.
I find it very therapeutic to stab things cute (otherwise known as felting). Have some stress? Just grab some wool and stab it. Is the world sad? Stab the wool. Vaccine taking to long? Stab the wool. And feel better.
I may make a tiny “water” (whale snot) fountain to be coming out the blow hole but here is a tiny whale of polymer and acrylic.
